This workbook contains a variety of sample documents to help cohousing projects get started. These materials were collected over a 15-year period and have sections on Group Formation; Locating a Site; Marketing & Membership; Financing & Construction, plus materials prepared by presenters. Documents include sample budgets, vision statements, levels of membership, site plans, the components of a feasibility study, and a sample marketing plan.
