OlaBrisa is designed to enable human scale interaction.  As a result, all the buildings are located on pedestrian pathways, with cars normally parked at the edge of the site.  (Cars can drive on the walkways to deliver furniture, make large deliveries, etc.)

The walkways will facilitate access to the beach, and will include a “dog shower” at the beach pathway entrance to enable both humans and dogs to shower off sand, etc. after their walk/run on the beach.

The site plan / unit lighting, etc. will be designed to minimize overall light pollution, preserving our view of the gorgeous night sky over Baja and also minimizing our impact on nesting turtles and other species.
