When we speak about sustainability it begins with your personal health and wellbeing. For the physical body, we advocate eating food mindfully: chewing your food thoroughly in a non-hurried manner, enjoying what you eat by making it look beautiful on your plate, and choosing foods that are grown locally and organically whenever possible. We support mind-body practices that involve the breath so movement is conscious. We have found that the ancient practices of Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong are excellent forms to prevent illness and keep the body strong and flexible.
As the pace of life continues to increase, it becomes even more essential to regularly quiet your mind and experience inner states of peace and relaxation free from daily concerns. Many CEO's and company executives we work with have daily meditation and breath practices that allow them to still their mind and bring a more refreshed and focused approach to their work.
